Senior Advertising Specialist

Are you an experienced and business-savvy advertising specialist with management experience, looking for a challenging opportunity in sunny Valencia? We're seeking a Senior Advertising Specialist to lead our global marketing team at our innovative and ambitious company in Spain.

As a Senior Advertising (PPC) Specialist, you'll lead the execution of advertising strategies and tactics for our clients who require a professional team to deliver exceptional service. You'll also be responsible mentoring a team of marketing specialists, developing proposals, and setting high-level marketing objectives. How you’d spend your day:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of various types of digital campaigns such as Search, Shopping, Gmail Ads, Apps, Display and YouTube

• Manage and optimize feeds, audiences, and Analytics to improve campaign performance

• Demonstrate expertise in SEM and advertising on Google & Microsoft Advertising

• Develop proposals for optimizing e-commerce websites

• Establish SEM plans and proposals, including development, activation, and optimization of tactical descent strategies

• Manage monthly billing and budget, as well as regular communication with clients and your colleagues

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch or German and English (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, (Digital) Marketing, (Commercial) Economics, or a related field

• Passionate about PPC and all digital marketing channels, with an understanding of SEO processes

• 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) processes, with a focus on PPC (ideally in an agency environment)

• Creation, management, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns

• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in web analysis using tools such as Google Analytics

• Analytical and organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Capable of identifying and solving problems with a data-driven, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing specialists

• Experience in creation, management and optimization of social media advertising campaigns is a plus
